Precise Plastics Ltd. now offers a lotion actuator for its range of miniature PET bottles, which range from 5- to 50ml. The actuator was developed by Emsar for Precise Plastics Ltd. to suit its 15mm snap on “up-locking” lotion pump, which was developed exclusively for the Precise Plastics range of bottles. It replaces a previous actuator which many customers wanted updated to a more modern and aesthetic profile while still allowing the pump to have a “twist to lock” feature to secure it from accidental use. In addition, a new 5ml bottle was developed and, in order to reduce cost, there is no dip tube as the pump housing is long enough to enable this. This bottle has also been developed in PET.
